This per diem role requires responding to maintenance requests, assisting with housekeeping, and performing light and preventive maintenance to ensure a clean, safe community for senior residents.

Qualifications

• Standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending.
• Clear communication with residents and staff.
• Punctual and reliable for resident daily needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle service maintenance calls from residents promptly.
• Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy cleaning to keep community clean.
• Light housekeeping of common areas.
• Perform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist with apartment turnover and moving furniture.
• Snow removal and salt on walkways and clear resident vehicles during snowstorms.
