Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to split time between two senior living facilities in Mansfield, OH. The role involves hands-on maintenance, basic carpentry, and responding to work orders.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in maintenance, a valid Ohio driver's license, and is committed to our mission of serving people in need. This is a full-time daytime position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years' experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine mechanical maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC repairs as per manufacturer specs.
• Performs basic custodial and carpentry duties including painting, patching drywall, flooring, and finish work.
• Reviews work orders, prioritizes tasks, and communicates status to residents and the community manager.
