The position supports general facility maintenance across resident units and common areas, including carpentry, painting, cleaning, and preventive tasks to ensure safe, comfortable living for seniors.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Must have basic computer or tablet skills.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for assigned facility maintenance functions.
• General maintenance of resident units and common areas (carpentry, painting, repairs).
• Prepare vacant units for move-in (painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning).
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain logs/records.
• Maintain security systems, fire alarms, door locks; on-call duties as directed.
• Coordinate outside service and repair work; perform landscaping as needed.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, and keep areas clean and safe.
