Job summary

Orchard Grove Assisted Living in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Associate to assist the Maintenance Director in keeping the Life Safety Code, the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.

This full‑time role is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with an on‑call rotation; wage is based on experience. The facility offers flexible pay options, strong leadership, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for education and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in maintaining Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order according to policies and regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standards of practice per community procedures.
• Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm; on-call rotation.
