Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Maintenance Assistant to support maintenance needs for residents in our Seattle community. You will perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks, while ensuring safety and quality across common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance projects including plumbing and electrical work.
• Maintain walls, floors, doors, windows, and furniture in common areas.
• Repair and maintain vacated rooms promptly; includes painting walls.
• Complete all work orders in a timely manner.
• Document safety issues and compliance.
