Merrill Gardens, LLC is seeking a Senior Living Universal Worker to support residents in our Seattle community. If you are passionate about senior care and helping residents live with dignity, this role may be a perfect fit.

Our Universal Workers handle maintenance, housekeeping, and resident support duties, with full-time and part-time opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Meet background check and specific requirements upon request.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general maintenance as needed, including defrosting refrigerators, changing light bulbs and A/C filters, checking fire extinguishers, exits, and emergency lights monthly.
• Maintains and repairs walls, floors, doors, windows, furniture, and woodwork in common areas.
• Repairs and maintains vacated rooms, including painting walls and cleaning carpets.
• Maintains and repairs in-house plumbing as needed and provides minor electrical work within units and common areas.
• Processes work orders, documents safety issues and coordinates with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Delivers papers, flyers, and assists with mailings; answers phones and helps with resident information.
