Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Meet background check and specific requirements upon request.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance as needed, including defrosting refrigerators, changing light bulbs and A/C filters, checking fire extinguishers, exits, and emergency lights monthly.
• Maintains and repairs walls, floors, doors, windows, furniture, and woodwork in common areas.
• Repairs and maintains vacated rooms, including painting walls and cleaning carpets.
• Maintains and repairs in-house plumbing as needed and provides minor electrical work within units and common areas.
• Processes work orders, documents safety issues and coordinates with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Delivers papers, flyers, and assists with mailings; answers phones and helps with resident information.
