Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Campbell is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support residents and maintain community spaces. Duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and equipment repair to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• Perform general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Maintain walls, floors, doors, windows, and furniture in common areas.
• Complete work orders promptly and document safety/issues per guidelines.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and safety training.
