Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in HVAC systems and/or electrical required.
• Prior senior living experience desired.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the community safety program and maintains a secure resident home.
• Sustains a preventative maintenance program for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Completes maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency.
• Repairs, replaces, and installs minor equipment with approvals from leadership.
• Maintains water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintains community plumbing systems and exterior areas.
• Performs fire and disaster drill activities with residents and team members.
• Engages residents with compassion, reflecting values of love, compassion and dignity.
