Job summary

Paramount Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our senior living community in Westerville, OH. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule and hands-on responsibilities to keep our facility safe, clean, and well-maintained.

You will perform general maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC tasks, respond to requests promptly, and support preventive maintenance. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Inspect the building and grounds for maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Help keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Support safety inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
