Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with budgeting and staffing for maintenance operations.
• HVAC certification is highly recommended.

• Ensure building and grounds meet high standards of maintenance and appearance.
