Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ direct maintenance experience.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Meet state health requirements and hold required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of community buildings, grounds, and assets.
• Perform preventative maintenance per program.
• Direct Maintenance Technician, Housekeeping, Overnight Janitor.
• Manage bus driver duties and transportation schedule.
• Ensure safety and compliance with hazard communication.
