Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Minimum of five years as a Maintenance Technician with supervisory experience a plus.
• Experience supervising maintenance or facilities staff is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and housekeeping, including hiring, discipline, assessment, and termination of direct reports.
• Coordinate, manage, and oversee work of all outside contractors.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed timely and emergency maintenance is provided when needed.
