Carnegie Heights at Henderson, a premier Independent Living senior living community in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the care and upkeep of our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in building maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, and property operations, along with a commitment to providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members. This role oversees the maintenance of the community’s buildings, grounds, equipment, transportation resources, and emergency preparedness programs while ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and operational excellence.

Maintenance is vital for establishing the community’s reputation for quality as well as for promoting the safety, health, comfort, and sense of well‑being for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for assuring that proper maintenance is performed at his/her specific facility and network directly with the Operations and Administration Director and Director of Maintenance at Home Office. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance of their community, including building exterior and interior, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot while tracking and completing preventative maintenance items throughout the seasons. The Maintenance Manager will be expert in emergency preparation and response duties along with hazard communication procedures.
