Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Harcourt Terrace in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure all building systems and grounds are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in institutional maintenance, supervisory experience, and knowledge of electrical, heating, and cooling systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an institutional maintenance department.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical, heating and cooling systems.
