Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor for Harrison Terrace in Indianapolis, IN. You will plan, organize and direct housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain a safe, sanitary and homelike environment for residents, staff and visitors.

You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor aides while emphasizing CARE values. Prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred; strong leadership and teamwork are essential

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an institutional housekeeping department.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure safe, sanitary and homelike environments.
• Motivate and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with residents, families and staff to maintain quality cleanliness and comfort.
