Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Harcourt Terrace in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure all building systems and grounds are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in institutional maintenance, supervisory experience, and knowledge of electrical, heating, and cooling systems.

Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity at Harcourt Terrace

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring that all building systems, grounds, and equipment are maintained in safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing condition. This role may involve managing maintenance staff, and coordination of preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding promptly to repair needs.

Requirements:
