Job summary
Westminster Communities of Florida, a Life Plan Community in Saint Augustine, seeks a full-time Maintenance Engineer to support daily property maintenance and village residences. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and supervise maintenance staff under the Westminster framework.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required with 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
- A/C Gas 1, 2 and 3 license/certification preferred.
- Certification/license in a related skilled area is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff on specific jobs or projects.
- Complete specified jobs and projects.
- Troubleshoot and perform major repairs to A/C, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors or service providers for complex issues.
