The position emphasizes safety, high-quality service, and collaboration with the maintenance team to support residents and the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Able to supervise maintenance staff and perform major repairs.
• Licenses or certifications in A/C gas or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff on specific jobs or projects.
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair major systems (AC, plumbing, electrical) throughout community.
