Job summary

Westminster St. Augustine, a Life Plan Community, is accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Engineer to work on a full-time basis. As part of the Maintenance Team, this individual will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the community property and village residences.

Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 8 years related experience; A/C Gas 1/2/3 licenses are preferred. Westminster offers comprehensive benefits and a mission‑driven work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 8 years related experience and/or training.
• Skilled in at least one area of Maintenance; A/C licenses/certifications preferred.
• Certification and/or licensing in specialized skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff on specific jobs or projects.
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair major systems (AC, plumbing, electrical).
• Coordinate with contractors or service providers for complex issues.
