Westmont Living is seeking a Maintenance Director for Westmont of Santa Cruz, a brand-new assisted living and memory care community. The role requires knowledge of state regulations and hands-on maintenance skills, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state regulations, health laws and OSHA regulations.
• Strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
• Able to complete basic maintenance services such as painting, simple plumbing, carpet removal, and equipment repair.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, carry up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, constant standing, walking and reaching required.
