Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Greenwood, IN to keep the branch clean and in good working order, ensuring a safe, well-kept home for our residents. You will apply your maintenance skills to support daily operations and resident satisfaction.

This full-time role offers a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, voluntary plans; 401(k) with employer match; and daily pay options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and multitasking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence reflecting care for residents.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance tasks timely.
• Address issues promptly and notify the Director when outside services are needed.
• Ensure apartments are move-in-ready within 3 days after move-out.
• Assist in arranging service contracts and bids.
• Complete items from Maintenance Request forms promptly.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance Schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe operation of equipment.
