Job summary

Front Porch Communities & Services in Santa Rosa’s Spring Lake Village is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse under the direction of the Director of Health Services. This part-time role (M-F with various shifts) focuses on supervising CNAs and Nurses Aides to ensure quality patient care for residents.

The position requires an active LVN license in California, First Aid and CPR certificates, and a commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license is required.
• First Aid certificate.
• CPR certificate.
• Experience with resident care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and Nurses Aides to ensure quality resident care.
• Coordinate resident assessments and plans of care.
• Administer medications and nursing interventions as ordered.
• Maintain required documentation per regulations and policies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
