Job summary

Front Porch Communities & Services is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse II (LVN II) at Spring Lake Village in California. The position is part-time, 24 hours weekly, with a pay range of $43.06–$48.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• California LVN license required.
• First Aid certification required.
• 1 year RN/LVN direct care experience required.
• 6 months of term care, geriatric and/or rehabilitative nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents under supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Supervise CNAs/Nurses Aids to ensure quality resident care.
• Coordinate assessments and plan of care evaluations as appropriate.
• Administer medications and nursing interventions as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards or accidents to supervisor.
