Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Lifestyle Enrichment Supervisor to lead resident-centered programs, events, and outings. You will supervise the Activity Coordinator, coordinate volunteers and partners, and help develop a balanced program calendar that reflects resident interests and needs.

The role emphasizes engaging residents, managing budgets, and ensuring safety across activities while collaborating with dining, wellness, and transportation teams. Salary is hourly with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination required.
• Three years of experience planning and delivering activities, preferably with older adults.
• One year of lead, supervisory, or team coordination experience.
• Experience developing activity calendars and managing multiple programs.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency with standard office applications and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates a varied calendar of programs and wellness-focused activities.
• Leads and facilitates activities and events while encouraging participation.
• Builds relationships with residents and seeks feedback for personalized opportunities.
• Provides day-to-day supervision to the Activity Coordinator and coordinates volunteers.
• Coordinates schedules, space, transportation, and supplies for programs and events.
• Monitors budget and participates in purchasing and vendor relationships.
• Ensures safety and compliance with policies and resident rights.
