Presbyterian Homes & Services, Marvella in St. Paul, MN is seeking a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, implement and monitor engaging programs for residents.

The role emphasizes resident well-being, meaningful activities, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary Household team to support person-centered care. You will lead group and one-on-one activities, coordinate outings, and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or related.
• Plan, program, implement and coordinate recreation programming for residents; previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Class B license or ability to obtain within six months of hire as required by site.
• Strong communication skills, including good insights into resident preferences and needs.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours such as during evenings and weekends for planned programs.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative and positive rapport with residents, staff, families and volunteers.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.

• Plan, implement and monitor life enrichment programming for residents.
• Promote resident well-being and satisfaction by supporting Liberty in all areas of the resident’s life.
• Guide the interdisciplinary team to establish and implement the resident’s plan of care with the resident and family.
• Collaborate with residents, families and staff to meet psychosocial and activity needs.
• Lead and participate in Chat Circles with residents and staff in the household daily.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice, group or one-on-one; take residents outdoors or in the facility community.
• Plan outings and special events.
• Provide one-on-one interaction with residents based on preferences.
