Presbyterian Homes & Services - Timber Hills in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a Full Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, implement and monitor resident life enrichment programming. The role reports to the Life Enrichment Director and supports residents, families and staff in delivering meaningful activities.

Responsibilities include promoting well-being, coordinating activities, leading Chat Circles, and arranging outings and one-on-one interactions to match resident preferences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related.
• Experience planning and coordinating recreation programming for seniors.
• Class B license or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Aligned with PHS mission and values.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.

Responsabilités

• Planning, implementing and monitoring life enrichment programming for residents.
• Promote resident well-being and satisfaction across all areas of life.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to meet psychosocial needs.
• Lead and participate in Chat Circles daily.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice and organize outings.
• Provide one-on-one interactions and plan special events.
