Presbyterian Homes & Services’ Marvella community in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, implement, and monitor engaging programming for residents.

The role reports to the Life Enrichment Director and focuses on improving residents’ quality of life through diverse, meaningful activities. The position requires strong communication, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a passion for senior services.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or related.
• Plan, program, implement and coordinate recreation programming; seniors experience preferred.
• Class B license or ability to obtain within six months, as required by site.
• Able to work evenings and weekends and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Read, write, and understand English to communicate with all customers.

Mansioni

• Plan, implement and monitor life enrichment programming for residents.
• Promote resident well-being and satisfaction by supporting resident life.
• Lead chat circles and one-on-one activities; plan outings and events.
• Collaborate with residents, families, staff to meet psychosocial needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal routines.
