Job summary

12 Oaks Management is seeking a Leasing Counselor in San Antonio to manage leasing for the senior living community, qualify prospects, lead tours, and maintain occupancy within the approved budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with the leasing team, supporting move-in processes, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or senior housing preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, social awareness, emotional intelligence, connection, and articulation skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects and conduct community tours with identified prospects.
• Manage lead base with the leasing team to support occupancy goals.
• Identify and develop referral networks for potential residents.
• Assist with move-in paperwork and coordination with the appropriate department head.
• Provide internal and external sales support to the marketing team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and leasing reports.
