Job summary

12 Oaks Senior Living seeks a Leasing Counselor to grow occupancy and maintain relationships with prospective residents and families. You will guide tours, qualify leads, and coordinate with the leasing team to ensure smooth move-ins and strong occupancy metrics.

You’ll support marketing efforts, manage materials, and stay responsive to changing community needs, including weekend availability. A college degree is preferred and experience in assisted living is a plus.
