Job summary

Cogir USA is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to keep our community dining operations running smoothly. You will support the culinary team by ensuring clean pots, dishware, and kitchen equipment for residents' meals, while maintaining a clean, organized dishwashing area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with a Food Handler Card a plus, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in dishwasher/kitchen support is a plus, 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure items are dried and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area (sweeping, mopping).
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste promptly.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Sanitize food prep surfaces and storage areas as needed.
• Support kitchen staff during meal prep and service.
