Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a motivated kitchen/dining associate to help maintain clean and orderly kitchen and dining areas in our Los Angeles area communities.

You will wash and sanitize dishes and equipment, support cooks and wait staff, and ensure a high level of service that keeps residents satisfied with our dining programs.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to policies, with opportunities for growth within a committed senior living team.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Keep kitchen floors, equipment, and related areas clean and sanitary.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Assist with transportation and storage of food and supplies.
• Work with leadership to ensure residents are satisfied with food and dining programs.
