Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Sous Chef for Collier Park, a senior living community. The ideal candidate has at least two years of cooking experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality, and holds a Serv-Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years cooking experience preferably within healthcare or hospitality.
• Serv-Safe Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all food items using high quality ingredients.
• Monitor food temperatures during storage, preparation, cooking, and serving.
• Label, date, and properly store all foods.
• Check inventory and stock levels daily to ensure proper menu preparation.
• Follow established safety procedures while operating kitchen equipment.
