Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. operates senior living communities and is seeking a Cook to prepare wholesome meals and maintain a clean, safe kitchen. The Cook will deliver food at proper temperatures and work under the Dining Services Director.

Qualifications include a minimum of two years cooking experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality, and a High School Diploma or GED. Serv-Safe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all food items using high quality ingredients and appropriate garnishes.
• Record and monitor food temperatures during storage, preparation, cooking, and serving.
• Label, date, and properly store all foods.
• Monitor temperatures of kitchen refrigerators and freezers daily.
