Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in professional food service.
• A culinary apprenticeship or training is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED
• SERV Safe (Required)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve meals and maintain sanitation in the dining area.
• Maintain accurate records, receive, rotate and inventory products; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide quality dining service in a gracious and timely manner.
• Ensure presence in the dining room for resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, clean cooking area.
• Perform other related essential duties as assigned.
