Job summary

Spring Oak Tri Cities in Petersburg, VA, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen and dining operations in a hands-on role. Responsibilities

• Assist with cooking and meal preparation as needed.
• Manage food ordering, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen expenses.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and health department compliance.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen efficiency.
• Develop menus and accommodate special diets and resident preferences.
• Maintain required kitchen records and food safety documentation.
• Step in to provide kitchen coverage when necessary.
