Qualifications

• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Completion of Highlands Ambassador training within 30 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Serve menu items to residents with proper portioning and accuracy.
• Ensure correct diets, plate presentation, and temperature controls.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness on cooking and service areas.
• Replenish items and communicate needs to back-up staff in time.
• Follow sanitation checklists and safety protocols during duties.
• Assist with light food prep and daily kitchen tasks as needed.
