Job summary

Studio+ is seeking a Sr. Interior Designer to coordinate the production and delivery of design documents for diverse client projects in a collaborative environment in Fort Myers, FL. This role mentors developing designers and advances toward interior designer or project manager tracks.

Qualified candidates bring major experience with Revit/AutoCAD, FF&E, construction admin, and strong organizational skills. Licensure pursuit is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of design firm experience.
• Bachelor of Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited school preferred.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Experience with FF&E and construction administration.
• Desire to pursue licensure in the field.
• Ability to work with architects and clients in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide interior design solutions for varied projects drawn from experience and education.
• Lead project phases from schematic design through construction documents and specs.
• Coordinate small project teams and leverage individual strengths for success.
• Develop space plans, test fits, and drawings for assigned projects.
• Set design standards with the design department for future deliverables.
• Research products, colors, finishes and FF&E; maintain design library.
• Assist business development with mood boards and presentations.
• Maintain project documentation with engineers, vendors, and team.
