Job summary

The Baldwin Group, a leading insurance broker and advisor, seeks a Senior Account Executive for the Senior Living team. This remote US role focuses on managing marketing and service processes within the Specialty practice, overseeing a defined book of business and guiding renewal discussions with client contacts.

You will analyze complex financial data, prepare renewal submissions, and present quotes. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10–15 years P&C experience, and state licensing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant work may substitute.
• 10–15 years of Property & Casualty experience.
• Licensed in State (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service team with a defined book of business.
• Assist renewal meetings and present results to client contacts.
• Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary.
• Analyze complex financial analysis and claims data.
• Prepare renewal submissions and evaluate quotes.
• Submit sold business to insurer and oversee implementation.
• Oversee workflow with staff.
