Job summary

SDI Staffing is seeking an Account Executive for a national insurance brokerage role focusing on Senior Living accounts. The position offers 100% remote work with optional hybrid if near AZ, CO, or AL. Base salary 160,000–180,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. 9 am–5 pm, direct hire.

Responsibilities include renewal meetings, client presentations, data analysis, and managing renewal submissions and quotes. Requires EPIC experience, state license, and strong Excel/Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience required
• State specific license is required
• EPIC experience is required
• Knowledge of Senior Living accounts is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Assist with renewal meetings to present results to established client contacts
• Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary
• Understand complex financial analysis and claims data
• Participate as needed in Prospect presentation meetings
• Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissions
• Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare spreadsheet of all quotes received
• Assist in data analysis to determine program structure options
• Create client presentation including quotes, spreadsheet, contract comparison and other internal marketing materials
• Submit sold business to insurance market and oversee implementation process
• Review documents issued by insurance company for accuracy
• Submit incorrect documents to insurance companies for revision
• Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflow
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

A well-established national insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their growing team.

In this role, you will manage a specialized Senior Living account book of business, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance to valued clients.

HOURS: 9 am to 5 pm
DURATION: Direct Hire
WORKPLACE: 100% remote work offered. (If the AE resides close to the office in Arizona, Colorado, or Alabama, a hybrid and in-office are also offered.)
PAY: $160,000 – $180,000 base salary + bonus!
