Westminster at Lake Ridge is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator for our senior living community in Lake Ridge, VA. The role focuses on onboarding, payroll maintenance, and HR operations to support a resident-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse HR tasks while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws affecting HR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruiting: posting jobs, screening and processing applicants.
• Oversee onboarding processes and payroll maintenance.
• Educate and support on existing benefits options and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain staff personnel files and coordinate with internal departments for compliance.
