Benedictine Living Community-Red Wing in Red Wing, MN, seeks an Assisted Living Housing Director to oversee daily operations and health-related services in a housing with services setting. The role focuses on guiding strategic direction and ensuring quality care within compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and licensure; leadership experience with elderly populations; and strong financial skills to manage budgets, rates, and contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or significant level of experience.
• LALD licensure or ability to obtain within a specified period of time
• Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, articulates, and implements community vision and strategic planning in alignment with the BHS quality agenda and ensures ongoing integration of quality standards.
• Provides leadership to ensure that care and service is directed and delivered to meet BHS standards and policies.
• Plans and monitors all financial operations, including budget planning, rate setting, and contract negotiation.
• Identifies markets and resources, and communicates service advantages to effectively conduct rental and service agreement process.
