Benedictine Health System in Red Wing, MN seeks a Housing Director to oversee daily operations in a housing-with-services setting. You will drive strategic planning, ensure quality standards, and lead financial planning, including budgets, rates, and contracts.

You will identify markets and communicate service advantages for rentals and service agreements. The role emphasizes leadership in care delivery for the elderly, with a robust benefits package and opportunities to influence senior housing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or significant level of experience.
• LALD Licensure or ability to obtain within a specified period of time.
• Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.
• Nursing Home Administrator’s license (preferred).
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with seniors.
• Experience in assisted living, home health, or senior care services.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements community vision and strategic planning aligned with BHS quality standards.
• Provides leadership to ensure care and service meet BHS standards and policies.
• Plans and monitors financial operations including budget, rate setting, and contracts.
• Identifies markets/resources and communicates service advantages for rentals and service agreements.

Bachelor’s degree or significant level of experience

Nursing Home Administrator’s license
