Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Ability to relate to staff, board, and the community.
• Strong leadership, human relations, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the appropriate state (skilled nursing).
• Licensed where applicable or meet state criteria to operate housing (stand-alone housing).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Benedictine-owned/managed communities to ensure regulatory compliance, profitability, and satisfaction.
• Lead internal audits and develop improvement plans.
• Manage selection, training, and performance of community leadership.
• Recruit and hire qualified associates following affirmative action.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations on tactical plans and long-term goals.
• Align actions with strategy to achieve intended outcomes.
• Develop and implement the community budget for sustainability and profitability.
• Promote Benedictine Mission and Core Values in day-to-day activities.
