Provincial Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our on-site team. You will perform cleaning duties in apartments and common areas, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Read and understand safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops floors, vacuums carpets, and maintains clean hallways.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatories, showers, and sinks; restocks supplies.
• Cleans tiles, woodwork, window frames and sills; maintains equipment.
• Collects trash and manages community laundry and linen.
• Ensures chemicals are stored properly and exits are not obstructed.
• Reports maintenance needs to Lead Housekeeper.
