Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support our senior living communities. The role involves cleaning in apartment homes, common areas, and offices, with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain a safe, sanitary environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have high school or equivalent, prior housekeeping experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff. This on-site position includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.

Mansioni

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mops all floors and stairways; spot cleans and vacuums floors, rugs, carpets and runners.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes fixtures in lavatories, showers and sinks; stocks dispensers as necessary.
• Scrubs bath and shower room tiles, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
• Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
• Collects trash and refuse from work areas; maintains community laundry.
• Maintains the commercial laundry in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
