We value experience in upscale senior living, reliability, and a positive, professional approach. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end senior living communities preferred.
• Desire to work with seniors and demonstrate professionalism.
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Mobility and strength to move around the building and assist residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay focused despite interruptions and manage time.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to detect odors and spots to maintain cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned resident apartments and common areas daily.
• Washes and folds laundry; distributes clean linens and towels.
• Keeps cleaning cart stocked and organized; time management in daily tasks.
• Works as a team member and contributes to shared goals.
• Represents Cascade Living with a positive, professional attitude.
• Supports residents to maintain a high quality of life.
