Job summary

Cascades of the Sierra is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and inviting apartments and community areas for residents and guests. You will interact with residents and help create a dignified living environment with attention to details and odor/spill detection.

Responsibilities include cleaning assigned apartments and common areas daily, doing laundry, stocking supplies, and supporting a collaborative team aligned with Cascade Living's mission of wellness and purpose.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, country clubs or senior living communities
• Desire to work with seniors
• Own transportation and punctuality
• Mobility to assist transfer or move residents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good judgment and problem solving skills
• Attention to detecting odors and stains
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned resident apartments and common areas daily
• Wash and fold laundry; distribute clean linens and towels
• Maintain a stocked cleaning cart and organize supplies
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and uphold Cascade Living values
