Qualifications

• Experience in high-end senior living or hospitality settings.
• Compassionate, patient and professional representation of the community.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Sufficient mobility to move through the building and assist residents.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ownership mindset and ability to stay focused amid interruptions.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned resident apartments and common areas daily.
• Wash and fold laundry; distribute clean linens and towels; maintain cleaning cart.
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
• Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
