Job summary

Cogir USA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for residents, staff, and visitors at our senior living communities. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices while following established schedules and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with strong attention to detail, time management, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Detail-oriented with cleanliness standards.
• Good time management and organization.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Disinfect bathrooms and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens and textiles.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Respect privacy while cleaning living spaces.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals per instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
