Cogir Senior Living is hiring a full-time housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices while following established schedules and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping in senior living or healthcare settings, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality (hotels).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and replace liners; launder and replace linens as needed.
• Follow community cleaning schedule and safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly interactions.
• Respect residents' privacy while cleaning their living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and per instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols for waste disposal.
